Do you bill my credit card as I wait for my car to arrive?
Absolutely not! Our operators and drivers check all flights for delays and early arrivals
to make the necessary adjustments. We are at the airport before your plane arrives!
How will I know that my service has arrived? How will I identify my driver?
Our drivers are uniformed and required to hold up a sign with your last name or
company name. Once you’ve acknowledge your driver, he will meet and greet you. Your
emailed itinerary will have the driver’s name and cell phone on it.
What is the procedure on processing credit cards?
We do not process credit cards until the day of service and the job is
completed. On special jobs, we require a deposit of 30% to book the vehicle for
you. We can arrange advance payments online for relatives or friends.
How do you deal with “no-shows” and late clients?
We charge FULL RATE for “no-shows”. If you think you will be late for
something, please let us know by calling our number at 401-500-3515. We will
not charge you for being late for a pickup within 20 minutes.
What are the requirements for cancel a pickup?
You can cancel airport services within 4 hours of reservation, to address
delayed or cancelled flights. Email flight cancellations instructions at least
24 hours before service. You can also phone in your cancellation too.
